Visit your profile page to view your current subscription, renewal date, and subscription status. From there, you can schedule downgrades, cancel your subscription, or reactivate if you've previously cancelled.

To upgrade, simply select a higher subscription on this page!

Yes. Cancel anytime from your Profile page. Cancellation stops automatic renewal - it is not an automatic refund. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

After that, you revert to the Free plan. You can reactivate before the end date if you change your mind.

Each participant in a hunt counts as a player, including team members and guests who join to play.

No. Participants do not pay to play your hunt. Creator subscriptions cover creation limits and features; playing is free for guests and signed-in players.

Advanced quest types unlock Photo Quest, Video Quest, QR Code Scanner, Letter Cryptex, Number Cryptex, Number Keypad, Line Puzzle, and Light Puzzle.

Upgrades are applied immediately! When you upgrade to a higher subscription (for example Creator to Creator Pro), you get instant access to that subscription's features.

You'll be charged a fair, adjusted amount for the remaining time in your current billing period.

Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, an industry-leading payment processor.

We never store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data with bank-level security and encryption.
