Players complete the challenge by taking or uploading a photo or video from their phone. You describe what to capture in the title and description. When they submit, the quest completes, and the file shows up for you to review.
What Photo Submit and Video Submit do
Photo Submit asks players to take or upload a photo to finish the quest. Use it for selfies, finding a specific object, matching a pose, or documenting a place.
Video Submit works the same way for short clips. Use it when you want movement, a spoken answer, a dance, a cheer, or a quick on-site challenge that a still image cannot show.

How to add them in the editor
Open the visual editor and add a new quest. Choose Photo Submit or Video Submit, then write a clear brief:
- What should players capture?
- Where should they be, if that matters?
- Any rules, like “whole team in frame” or “under 15 seconds”?
Keep the instructions short enough to read on a phone outdoors. A good brief is specific without being fussy. Players should know they succeeded when they hit submit.
Share the hunt, then collect the proof
Publish the adventure and share one link or QR code with the group. No special app is required. Players open it in a modern browser and use the camera or file picker on their device.
As teams upload, open Media submissions on the hunt page. You can browse photos and videos, filter by player, open images full size, play clips, and download what you want to keep. Files are kept for 7 days, then removed automatically. Quest completion stays on the record, so download anything you need for a highlight reel, classroom wall, or company recap.
